Objective:
- The primary objective of the placement policy is to facilitate the successful placement of students in reputable organizations while ensuring a transparent and fair process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define the roles and responsibilities of the TPC members, faculty coordinators, and students participating in the placement process.
- TPC members are responsible for liaison with potential recruiters, arranging placement drives, and providing necessary guidance and resources to students.
- Faculty coordinators assist in preparing students for interviews, resume writing, and enhancing their employability skills.
- Students are expected to actively participate in placement-related activities, maintain professionalism, and adhere to the placement guidelines.
Pre-Placement Training:
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and mock interviews to enhance students' technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Provide guidance on resume building, cover letter writing, and personal branding.
- Offer specialized training programs based on industry requirements and emerging trends.
Placement Process:
- Communicate placement opportunities to eligible students through official channels.
- Establish a transparent process for registration, screening, and shortlisting of candidates for recruitment drives.
- Facilitate pre-placement talks (PPTs) where companies can showcase their profiles, job roles, and expectations to students.
- Coordinate the scheduling of written tests, technical interviews, and HR rounds for selected candidates.
Code of Conduct:
- Enforce a code of conduct for students during placement activities, including dress code, punctuality, and professional behavior.
- Prohibit any form of malpractice, such as falsification of credentials or soliciting job offers through unofficial channels.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information shared by recruiters and candidates.
Equal Opportunity and Diversity:
- Emphasize equal opportunity for all students irrespective of their background, gender, or academic performance.
- Encourage diversity in recruitment by inviting companies with varying job profiles and industry sectors.
Offer Acceptance Guidelines:
- Establish guidelines for students to evaluate and accept job offers, considering factors such as job profile, compensation, location, and career growth prospects.
- Define deadlines for students to respond to job offers and communicate their decisions to the TPC.
Feedback Mechanism:
- Solicit feedback from recruiters regarding the quality of candidates, the effectiveness of the placement process, and areas for improvemen

Post-Placement Support:
