  1. Fairness and Equality: The overarching principle of our student placement policies is to ensure fairness and equality for all students. Every student deserves an equal opportunity to receive an offer letter.
  2. One Student, One Offer Letter: Our motto is "One Student, One Offer Letter," which signifies our commitment to ensuring that each student receives only one offer letter. This policy aims to prevent students from holding multiple offers simultaneously, thereby allowing opportunities for a wider pool of candidates.
  3. Merit-Based Selection: Offer letters will be granted based on merit and suitability for the position or program. Selection criteria will be transparently communicated to all students to ensure they understand the basis upon which offers are made from Company.
  4. Deadline for Offer Acceptance: Students who receive offer letters will be given a specific deadline by which they must accept or decline the offer. This deadline will be clearly stated in the offer letter to ensure students are aware of the timeframe within which they must respond.
  5. Communication and Transparency: All communication regarding offer letters, deadlines, and selection processes will be conducted transparently and promptly. Students will be kept informed at every stage of the process to ensure clarity and fairness.
  6. Appeals Process: In cases where students have concerns about the offer process or believe there has been an error in the selection, they will have the right to appeal. An appeals process will be established to review such cases fairly and impartially.
  7. Non-Discrimination Policy: Our institution is committed to a policy of non-discrimination. Offer letters will be granted without regard to race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion, national origin, disability, or any other protected status.
  8. Deadline for Placement: Once students accept offer letters, they are expected to adhere to the deadlines and requirements outlined by the offering institution or organization. Failure to comply may result in the offer being rescinded.
  9. Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our student placement policies to ensure they remain fair, effective, and aligned with our values and objectives.
